Postpartum Doula
I am here to provide support to your new (& growing) family during the immediate postpartum period up to 16 weeks. As your postpartum doula I become an extension of your family sharing in newborn care, feeding support, supporting your must needed REST, housekeeping, and meal prep / cooking. Armed with my knowledge base (& nursing background), experience and gentle touch I will support with your recovery, transition into parenthood, feeding tips and tricks, baby wearing and much more.
